Welcome to Musicine — where sound becomes story.

By placing an order with Musicine, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These protect both you as the customer and us as a service provider of handcrafted, custom vinyl. Please read them carefully.

📦 Orders & Custom Vinyl Production

  • Every vinyl record is made to order and hand-cut. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for standard production and delivery.

  • Rush orders (within 3–5 business days) are available for an additional fee, subject to capacity.

  • Turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of orders, delivery timelines, and printing needs.

🎧 Audio Submissions & Copyright

By submitting audio to Musicine, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the audio or

  • You have clear written permission from the copyright holder to use it.

This applies to music, voice recordings, podcasts, samples, or any submitted material.

Please note:
Musicine is not liable for any copyright violations.
All legal responsibility lies with the customer.

We reserve the right to pause or cancel orders if we believe submitted audio may infringe on copyright. We may request proof of ownership or permission, especially for commercially released music.

Streaming a song (on Spotify, YouTube, etc.) does not count as ownership. You must provide purchased files or rights documentation.

🖼️ Artwork & Printing

We accept customer-submitted artwork for vinyl inserts.

  • All artwork must be high resolution.

  • Your artwork will be printed on paper and inserted into a clear vinyl sleeve.

  • We do not offer design services, but we’ll always aim to present your work beautifully.

⚠️ Musicine cannot be held responsible for delays or print issues due to incorrectly supplied artwork.

💳 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins.

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days from date of issue.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • A flat rate of R75 applies to all domestic orders, regardless of the number of vinyls ordered in one package.

  • We use reputable couriers for delivery (e.g. The Courier Guy, PostNet, Paxi).

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

  • Musicine is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after dispatch.

📩 Refunds & Cancellations

Because each vinyl is custom-made, we do not offer refunds once cutting has begun.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund, unless production has already started.

If your vinyl arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assess and assist.

💬 Communication & Support

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 working days.

🔐 Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your information will only be used to process your order, contact you about your vinyl, and deliver your product. We will never sell or share your data.
