Because each vinyl record is custom-cut just for you, our refund and return policy is crafted to protect the integrity of your unique piece — while still making space for fairness and support.

🔁 Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom vinyl orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Each record is made specifically for your submitted audio and cannot be resold.

❌ Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund — as long as production has not yet begun.

Once we've started preparing or cutting your vinyl (including test cuts or prepping artwork), your order becomes non-refundable.

💔 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping, but if your vinyl arrives damaged, unplayable, or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Send an email to info@musicine.net with:

  • Your name and surname

  • Clear photos of the damaged vinyl or packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement cut

  • A partial refund, depending on the case

  • A credit toward a future vinyl

💿 Issues with Audio or Artwork

Because your vinyl is cut from the audio and artwork you provide:

  • Please ensure your files are correct, final, and high-quality

  • We are not liable for mistakes in audio length, file format, or design unless it was an error on our side

We do not offer refunds for issues arising from:

  • Low-quality artwork provided by the customer

  • Audio distortion due to poor file quality

  • Personal dissatisfaction with the sound of vinyl compared to digital (vinyl has a natural, raw character)

That said — we deeply care about your experience, and we’ll always try to help if something doesn’t feel right.
