๐Ÿ’ธ Refund & Return Policy

Handmade. Intentional. Made for you.

Every Musicine record โ€” whether handcrafted lathe-cut or professionally pressed โ€” is custom-made to order. Because of this, our refund and return policy is designed to protect the integrity of your unique piece, while still allowing room for fairness and support.

๐Ÿ” Returns

We do not accept returns on custom vinyl orders unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Each record is produced specifically from your submitted audio and artwork and cannot be resold.

Minor cosmetic variations, slight surface noise, or natural characteristics inherent to vinyl manufacturing do not qualify as defects.

โŒ Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun.

For lathe-cut orders, once audio preparation, test cutting, or final cutting has started, the order becomes non-refundable.

For pressed vinyl orders, once lacquer cutting, stamper production, plant booking, test pressing, or manufacturing has commenced, any production and setup costs incurred are non-refundable. This includes lacquer and stamper fees, even if full pressing has not yet been completed.

๐Ÿ’” Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. However, if your vinyl arrives damaged, unplayable due to manufacturing defect, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order reference number

  • Clear photos of the vinyl and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (lathe-cut or pressed, depending on the order)

  • A partial refund

  • A credit toward a future order

Resolutions are provided at Musicineโ€™s discretion after review.

๐Ÿ’ฟ Issues with Audio or Artwork

Your vinyl is created directly from the audio and artwork you provide.

By submitting files, you confirm they are final, approved, and high quality.

Musicine is not liable for issues arising from:

  • Low-resolution or incorrectly formatted artwork

  • Spelling, tracklist, or layout errors in customer-supplied designs

  • Audio distortion, clipping, or imbalance due to poor-quality source files

  • Differences between digital playback and the natural sonic character of vinyl

Vinyl has an organic, analogue quality that differs from streaming or digital formats. Personal preference regarding vinylโ€™s sound character does not constitute grounds for refund.
